The TecTemp VN variable injection nozzle is combined with a control valve. While the control valve controls the amount of injection water, the spring-loaded variable injection nozzle ensures uniform distribution and fine atomization of the water in the pipeline. TecTemp VN is particularly suitable for simpler injection installations. Nozzle size, pressure range and control valve are designed for system-specific conditions.

Anwendung
simple injection installations without particularly high requirements for high positioning conditions
temperatures ≤750°C,

- The variable outlet area of the nozzle is determined by the opening position of the upstream control valve,
- Spray cone with uniform droplet distribution is ensured by spring-loaded valve plates,
- achievable adjustment ratio: 10:1... 30:1,

- Suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature operation,
- compact designs, low additional pressure losses,
- reduced risk of water accumulation (carryover/pooling),
- Configurations/combinations of several nozzles with a control valve are possible
